A delicious, hearty dish featuring sweet potato chips served over a bed of fresh salad and topped spicy chipotle mayo.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen beef burgers and frozen Edgell Sweet Potato Chips following packet directions. Slice cooked burgers into strips.
2. Place lettuce on base of serving bowls, top in segments with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with chipotle mayonnaise and serve garnished with lime.
