  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 50g Greek oregano

  • 500g crumbled fetta

  • 150g finely chopped red onion

  • 200g Kalamata olives, for serving

  • 200g lemon wedges

Japanese Style

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 40g Furikake seasoning blend

  • 10g black sesame seeds

  • 50g sea salt

Rosemary and Sea Salt

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 75g fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 120g sea salt

Chilli

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 8g chilli flakes

  • 5g chilli powder

  • 100g sea salt

Dukkah

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 70g preprepared dukkah

  • 5g lemon zest

  • 10g chopped parsley

  • Tahini, for serving

Chilli Parmesan

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 1g chilli powder

  • 4g chilli flakes

  • 20g salt

  • 160g finely grated parmesan

Indian Spice

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 8g ground cumin

  • 10g ground coriander

  • 3g chilli powder

  • 8g ground turmeric

  • 100g sea salt

Mexican Spiced

  • 2kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice

  • 150g Tajin seasoning

  • 12g chopped coriander

  • 3 g lime zest

Swicy

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

2. Combine seasoning ingredients and toss through chips.
