Golden gems, crisp bacon, oozy cheese topped with a crispy fried egg. A breakfast menu must!

Ingredient:

2kg frozen Edgell®: Potato Gems®
200g chopped bacon
80g sliced spring onion
300g shredded tasty cheese
10 fried eggs, sunny side up

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Potato Gems following packet directions.

2. Cook bacon until crisp. Stir through sliced spring onion.

3. Toss bacon mix through cooked gems, sprinkle with cheese, divide between plates, top with fried egg and serve.
