Loaded hash brown fingers will be a point of difference on your menu! Try this tempting elote guacamole recipe using Edgell Guacamole and Edgell Corn for ease and zero waste.
Instructions:
1. Grill Edgell Corn Cobettes until charred. Remove corn kernels.
2. Combine corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, tajin and fetta. Stir through Edgell Guacamole.
3. Cook frozen Edgell Hash Brown Fingers following packet directions.
4. Serve Hash Brown Fingers topped with elote guacamole, jalapenos and coriander.
