A twist on preparing a traditional taco, a sure crowd-pleaser!
Instructions:
1. Combine beef mince and taco seasoning. Press onto tortillas to fully cover. Cook both sides on a hot plate until golden and cooked through.
2. Top beef tortillas with onion and Edgell Corn Kernels.
3. Dollop with Edgell Guacamole. Serve sprinkled with jalapenos.
