A perfect blend of Japanese inspired flavours, chips smothered in tangy katsu curry sauce, sprinkled with furikake and topped with pickled ginger.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

2. Sprinkle hot chips with dashi spice and furikake.

3. Serve chips drizzled with Japanese curry sauce. Garnish with pickled ginger and spring onion.
