A topping of fetta, onion and olives for sweet potato chips served with tzatziki for dipping.
Instructions:
1. Load hot Edgell Sweet Potato Chips with capsicum, spring onion, red onion, parsley, fetta, olives and oregano in a serving tray.
2. Serve with tzatziki and cucumber crudites.
