Crispy chips loaded with tender pulled pork, coleslaw and chipotle mayo. A perfect balance of crunchy, savoury and sweet.

Ingredients:

2kg frozen Edgell®: Supa Crunch® 10mm x 19mm Steakhouse Chips
1kg pre-prepared slow cooked pork, heated and shredded
800g pre-prepared coleslaw
200g chipotle mayonnaise
300g pickled jalapenos
Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

2. Top chips with coleslaw and pork. Drizzle with chipotle mayonnaise. Serve with lime wedges.
