Spice Bag

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips and frozen chicken tenders following packet directions.

2. Combine ingredients for the spice bag blend.

3. Sauté onion, capsicum and garlic with ½ the spice blend.

4. Combine chips, cooked chicken tenders, onion mixture and remaining spice blend, toss to combine. Divide between bags. Drizzle over a little curry sauce. Serve immediately with the remaining curry sauce.
