Spicy Buffalo Chips

A silky sauce with the addition of butter to balance the tang of the hot sauce. Perfect with chips.

Ingredients:

2 kg frozen Edgell Chips of choice
150ml hot sauce
80g butter
3g garlic powder
3g smoked paprika

Instructions:

1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil. Set aside to cool.

2. Cook frozen Edgell chips following packet directions. Serve with sauce.
