Ingredients

  • 1kg frozen Topsail Surimi Mix, thawed

  • 300g drained Edgell®: Corn Kernels

  • 300g frozen Edgell®: Green Peas, thawed

  • 250g diced red capsicum

  • 1.25kg spiral pasta, cooked following packet directions

  • 500g seafood cocktail sauce

Instructions:

1. Combine all prepared ingredients. Garnish with dill and serve.
