A little bit of indulgence in a bowl of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5kg frozen Edgell®: Sweet Potato Chips 10mm, cooked following packet directions

  • 1.5kg rice or grain salad of choice

  • 650g drained Edgell®: Corn Kernels, charred

  • 400g halved cherry tomatoes

  • 300g finely shredded red cabbage

  • 150g baby spinach leaves

  • Roasted sesame dressing and toasted sesame seeds, for serving

Instructions:

1. Assemble ingredients in serving bowls.

2. Serve with dressing and sesame seeds on the side.
