Cheesey Potato Broccoli Ham Bake

This casserole-style meal is sneaky way to get kids (and adults) to eat their veggies.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 205°C.
Step 2
Spray full-size shallow hotel pan with pan release or use pan liner.
Step 3
To make sauce; melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour a little at a time, mixing well. Heat until mixture begins to bubble. Reduce heat to medium-low. Slowly whisk in milk and add soup. Season with salt and pepper. Heat mixture until it reaches a boil and then remove from heat.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli with the hash browns, diced ham, and red peppers, and 114g of the shredded cheese. Pour the cheese sauce over the top and mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan and cover.
Step 5
Bake for 50-55 minutes until mixture reaches 74°C. Remove from oven and top with the remaining shredded cheese. Return to oven uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Step 6
Cut pan into 25 slices and serve immediately.
