S'mores Sweet Potato Fries

Who says you can't have fries for dessert? These sweet potato fries are loaded with spiced marshmallow cream, tender graham crackers, and gooey chocolate.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Stir the marshmallow cream, sour cream, and spice blend together until well combined. Thin with a small amount of water if necessary. Place in a squeeze bottle and set aside.
Step 2
Pulse graham crackers and sugar in a food processor until in small pieces. Add butter and pulse food processor until mixture takes on the texture of wet sand. Set aside.
Step 3
For each portion, prepare 227g of the sweet potato fries according to package instructions. Place on a serving dish and drizzle with fudge sauce, marshmallow sauce and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
