Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
If using frozen, thaw corn according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a steam table pan, mix cooked pasta with hot cheese sauce. Fold in thawed corn and 4 oz. Cotija cheese.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise and lime juice and drizzle over mac 'n cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 4 oz. Cotija cheese, cilantro and chili-lime seasoning. Keep hot (140°F+) for service. Garnish just before serving for best appearance.
Step 4
Prepare chicken tenders and Soccer Goalz™ according to package instructions.
Step 5
To serve, portion 4 oz. of mac 'n cheese, 4 oz. of chicken tenders, and 8 oz. of Soccer Goalz™, and place on serving dishes along with the prepared sliders.
