Fish 'N Chips

Yield: 8 Servings (14 oz. each)

Tender and golden flash-fried cod fillets served with sporty Simplot® Traditional™ Soccer Goalz™, a refreshing red cabbage slaw and sweet chili mayo.

Mayonnaise		1 cup
Chipotle chili sauce		1/4 cup
Cod fillets, battered, 3-4 oz. each		16 each
Simplot Traditional Potatoes: Soccer Goalz™	3 lbs.
Red cabbage slaw, prepared	1 lb.
Lemon wedges		8 each

Step 1

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and chipotle sauce. Portion into 2 oz. cups. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Step 2

Prepare Soccer Goalz™ and battered fish fillets according to package instructions.

Step 5

For each serving; place 2 fish filets, 6 oz. Soccer Goalz™, 2 oz. slaw and 2 oz. chipotle mayo in serving container. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
