Sensational sidewinders! Perfect in shape for loading as the grooves catch all the delicious nachos-inspired toppings.

Ingredients

2kg frozen Edgell®: SIDEWINDERS® Chips with BENT ARM ALE™ beer batter, Skin On
250g diced cherry tomatoes
100g diced red onion
25g sliced spring onions
250g shredded tasty cheese
10g roughly chopped coriander
Sour cream and guacamole, to serve

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions. Lightly season and arrange on platter.

2. Sprinkle over cherry tomatoes, red onions and spring onion.

3. Top with cheese, grill until cheese has melted.

4. Garnish with coriander and serve with sour cream and guacamole.
