Mexican style Sidewinders topped with guacamole and sour cream, for a simple and delicious crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

3kg frozen Edgell®: SIDEWINDERS® Chips with BENT ARM ALE™ beer batter, Skin On
300g deseeded and diced tomato
200g diced red onion
2 x frozen Edgell®: Guacamole, thawed
400g sour cream
150g cooked diced bacon
20g chopped fresh chives

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

2. Top chips with tomato and onion. Spoon Edgell Guacamole and sour cream over chips. Serve sprinkled with bacon and chives.
