Lahmacun Pizza

A Middle-Eastern style pizza with plant based mince, fresh herbs and ground spices.
Instructions:
1. Cook Edgell Plant Based Mince following packet directions. Allow to cool slightly.
2. Place all ingredients, except pizza base and oil, into a food processor. Blitz until the mixture turns to a paste.
3. Brush edges of pizza bases with oil. Thinly spread paste over pizza bases. Cook until golden brown. Slice and serve drizzled with yoghurt, mint and lemon.
