            Crispy battered flathead served with chips and English style mushy peas.

            Ingredients
            • 500g frozen Edgell Peas

            • 50g butter

            • 500g frozen I&J South American Crispy Battered Flathead Fillets

            • 1.5kg frozen Edgell Supa Crunch 10mm Ultrafast Chips

            Instructions:

            Step 1

            Cook frozen Edgell Peas following packet directions. Drain, add butter and mash.

            Step 2

            Cook frozen I&J Fish and frozen Edgell Chips to order. Serve with mushy peas and grilled lemon.
