            Satay smothered chicken on top of hot Edgell chips - is this the ultimate festival food?

            Ingredients
            • 1kg frozen chicken breast fillets

            • 500g satay sauce

            • 2kg frozen Edgell®: Supa Crunch® 10mm Ultrafast Chips

            • 40g coriander leaves

            • 100g crushed peanuts

            • 20g finely sliced red chilli

            • Asian coleslaw and lime wedges, to serve

            Instructions:

            1. Cook chicken until fully cooked and shred.

            2. Warm satay sauce.

            3. Cook Edgell Chips following packet directions.

            4. Top chips with shredded chicken and satay sauce. Sprinkle with coriander, peanuts and chilli. Serve with Asian coleslaw and lime wedges.
