An upscale twist to the a traditional BLT, featuring Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocado.

Simplot Harvest Fresh® Avocados: Avocado Halves, Frozen		2 each
Mayonnaise	8 oz.
Poblano pepper, fire-roasted, seeded		1 each
Baguette, artisan-style, crunchy		1 each
Peppered bacon, thick-sliced, cooked		8 slices
Sun-dried tomatoes		20 each
Jicama, julienne		1/2 cup

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Thaw avocado halves according to package instructions. Cut each avocado half into slices, about 6 slices per half.

Step 2

Combine mayonnaise and fire-roasted poblano pepper into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Slice baguette lengthwise. Spread mayo and poblano mixture on bottom half of sliced baguette. Top mayo spread with avocado, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes and jicama on. Replace with top baguette. Slice into desired pieces and serve.
