Game Day Buffalo Crunchers

Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Defrost chicken overnight.
Step 2
Preheat convection oven to 425°F.
Step 3
Arrange Sports Goalz™ in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake in convection oven at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 4
While Sports Goalz™ are cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce. Combine hot sauce and butter in a saucepan or kettle. Warm until heated through and butter is melted.
Step 5
Place thawed diced chicken in a 2-inch deep steamtable pan sprayed with pan release. Cover and cook in convection oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until heated through.
Step 6
Add the sauce to the chicken, and toss with a spatula until chicken is coated.
Step 7
To assemble bowls, serve 1/2 cup Sports Goalz™, topped with a #12 disher of chicken, and .5 oz of shredded cheese. Drizzle with 1/2 Tbsp. ranch dressing. Serve with 1/2 cup celery and carrot sticks.
