Roasted Vegetable and Chicken Pizza

RoastWorks Flame-Roasted Peppers and Onion and seasoned chicken top this pizza along with mozzarella cheese and fresh roma tomatoes.

Pizza dough ball (13 oz.), thawed		1 oz.
Pizza sauce, prepared	3 fl. oz.
Simplot RoastWorks®: RTE Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions Blend	4 oz.
Chicken strips, seasoned, grilled	3 oz.
Roma tomatoes, seeded, diced	2 oz.
Mozzarella cheese, shredded	4 oz.

Step 1

Stretch pizza dough out to fit 12-inch screen. Spray screen with pan release and place dough on screen.

Step 2

Top dough with sauce, peppers and onions, chicken, tomatoes and cheese. Place pizza into Impinger oven for 5 1/2 minutes at 480°F.
