Fresh salad topped with gluten-friendly crispy hoki pieces and served with aioli, a classic pairing.

Ingredients:

  • 1.4kg frozen I&J®: Battered Australian Hoki Bites

  • 600g finely shredded green cabbage

  • 200g finely shredded red cabbage

  • 30g thinly sliced spring onion

  • Lemon infused olive oil, for drizzling

  • Lemon wedges and aioli, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen I&J Battered Hoki Bites following packet directions.

2. Combine salad ingredients. Arrange cooked hoki bites over salad. Drizzle with lemon oil. Serve with lemon and aioli.
