Prawn Pops with Asian Noodle Salad

Crispy gluten-friendly prawn pops on a fresh Asian noodle salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg frozen I&J®: Battered Prawn Pops

  • 1kg cooked vermicelli rice noodles

  • 150g thinly sliced red capsicum

  • 300g finely shredded savoy cabbage

  • 200g julienned carrots

  • 60g thinly sliced spring onion

  • 30g thinly sliced red chilli

  • 15g each fresh coriander leaves & Thai basil leaves

  • 300ml Vietnamese dressing, for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen I&J Prawn Pops following packet directions.

2. Toss together salad ingredients.

3. Thread prawn pops onto skewers. Top salad with skewers and fresh herbs. Serve with dressing on the side.
