Sweet and Sour Prawn Pops

A classic sweet and sour stir fry using crispy battered prawn pops.

Ingredients:

  • 1kgI&J®: Battered Prawn Pops

  • 200g chopped brown onion

  • 400g chopped red capsicum

  • 300g sliced snow peas

  • 500g pineapple chunks

  • 300g sweet and sour sauce

  • 1.25kg steamed jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook frozen I&J Prawn Pops following packet directions.

  2. Stir fry onion, capsicum, snow peas and pineapple until lightly charred.

  3. Add cooked prawn pops and toss through sauce. Serve with steamed rice.
