A crispy, golden schnitzel served with fresh Cos lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons, offering a satisfying, twist on the classic Caesar salad.

Ingredients

  • 10 frozen Chiko®: Chicken Schnitzel (Sandwich Size)

  • 500g baby cos leaves

  • 100g sourdough croutons

  • 18g sliced radish

  • 150g shaved parmesan

  • 300g vegan mayonnaise

  • 200ml apple cider vinegar

  • 20g Dijon mustard

  • 25g chopped capers

  • 3g onion powder

  • 3g garlic powder

  • 30g grated parmesan

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Chiko Schnitzels following packet directions. Slice.

2. Coat cos leaves with vegetarian Caesar dressing. Top with remaining ingredients and sliced schnitzel.
