Bring big flavor to the lunch line with this cheesy, colorful, comforting dish. Your students will want to dig right in. Yum!

Step 1
Heat butter in a large skillet. Add in pierogi and arrange in 1 layer in the pan. Sauté pierogi for about 6-8 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Sprinkle taco seasoning over pan and gently toss or fold in to coat pierogi.
Step 2
Arrange the frozen vegetables in a slotted full-size steam table pan. Steam for 4 minutes. Add vegetables to the pierogi pan and season with salt. Gently fold together to combine.
Step 3
To serve, place 3 pierogi in serving tray and top with 1/4 cup of vegetables.
