Beef Tallow Family Meal Deal

Step 1

Portion ground beef into 4 oz. patties. Refrigerate for service.

Step 2

Prepare caramelized-style onions and peppers and onions according to package instructions. Hold warm.

Step 3

To prepare burgers, grill each patty over medium-high heat to desired doneness. Melt a slice of American cheese on each. Place cooked patties on the bottom halves of the buns. Add 2 oz. caramelized onions to each burger and finish with lettuce, tomato and top bun.

Step 4

For the philly sandwiches, season shaved steak with Italian seasoning. Cook shaved steak on a griddle to desired doneness. Add 2 oz. peppers and onions and melt a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on top. Place on a bed of arugula on hoagie roll.

Step 5

Prepare Simplot® Beef Tallow Fries, Gems, and chicken strips according to package instructions.

Step 6

Serve two sandwiches of choice with shakes, soda, or other beverage. Offer different toppings, sides and dips for service.
