This is a recipe that uses creamy avocado, a flavor common overseas, in sweet dishes.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw the avocado according to package directions.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly mash the thawed diced avocado with a fork.
Step 3
Add granulated sugar to room temperature butter and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Gradually add the beaten eggs to sugar mixture and mix well. Add the avocado and mix.
Step 5
Sift together the flour and baking powder, then mix in several batches. Add to batter and mix until combined.
Step 6
Put the molds on the baking sheet. Pour the batter into the pan and top with diced avocado.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
