This is an unexpected menu combination, where the refreshing flavor and color of the added green nori seaweed pairs well with the rich taste of avocado.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Place tempura flour, water and green laver in a bowl and stir to until combined.
Step 2
Dip avocado in tempura batter.
Step 3
Deep fry in 175℃ oil for 3 and a half minutes.
Step 4
Once fried, drain off excess oil using kitchen paper and then place on a plate.
Step 5
Place on serving dish and serve with tempura sauce on the side.
