This minced cutlet uses colorful avocado to add a twist to the classic side dish menu.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Lightly heat the onions in the microwave and allow to cool.
Step 2
Put the breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and soften, then add the ground meat, onion, butter, beaten egg, salt and pepper and mix until sticky.
Step 3
Add diced avocado to the minced meat and mix well.
Step 4
Take an appropriate amount of avocado mince mixture and shape it into a ball, then coat it in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs, in that order.
Step 5
Deep fry balls at 150℃ for 5 minutes, drain the oil well, and serve.
