This recipe makes use of the rich creaminess of avocado, which is rich in healthy fats.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Add butter to a saucepan and sauté the onions over medium heat until soft.
Step 2
Add water and soup stock granules to a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Once cooled, blend in a mixer with the avocado until smooth.
Step 4
Strain the mixture, return it to the pot, add the milk and heat until it is just about to boil. Season with salt and pepper.
