Roasted Birria Fries

Load up a plate of crispy crinkle cut wedge fries with succulent lamb birria, melted cheese and top the dish off with a house-made avocado crema.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions and keep refrigerated.
Step 2
Blend together avocado, sour cream and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to squeeze bottle and refrigerate until needed.
Step 3
For each serving; prepare 170g fries according to package instructions. Drain well and keep warm. Transfer fries to serving plate and top with 70g of birria meat and 57g of cheese. Drizzle with 85g avocado crema and finish with a sprinkle of onion and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
