Avocado Garlic Shrimp Fried with Yuzu Flavor

The ethnic Cajun spices and refreshing yuzu flavor go perfectly with avocado, making this the perfect snack to go with beer.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Coat the shrimp and avocado in potato starch.
Step 2
Deep fry the avocado for about 3 minutes and the shrimp for about 8 minutes in oil at 180-200 degrees.
Step 3
While avocado is frying, mix the olive oil, Cajun spices, salt and yuzu pulp in a bowl.
Step 4
Add the fried avocado and shrimp to the spices and toss to coat. Make sure to do this while the shrimp and avocado are still warm to bring out the yuzu flavor.
Step 5
Spread the mizuna on a plate, arrange shrimp and avocado on top of mizuna, and sprinkle with yuzu peel.
