Grilled Salmon and Avocado Camping Meal

The rich texture of the avocado, the fragrant grilled salmon, and the aroma of shiso leaves make this an appetizing camping meal.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Salt the coho salmon and leave it for about an hour (to remove the odor). Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes. Thaw the avocado according to package directions.
Step 2
Cook the salmon until the skin is browned (it's okay if it's not completely cooked).
Step 3
Add the white dashi, water and rice and mix well. Place salmon on top and cook.
Step 4
Once cooked, add the avocado and let it steam for 5 minutes.
Step 5
To finish, add butter and garnish with shiso leaves.
