This is an easy-to-make dish using a steam oven, with avocado and colorful vegetables, and is akin to an ajillo dish. The beautiful color of the avocado will whet your appetite.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Dice the tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and avocado.
Step 2
Add the avocado, tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, olive oil, white wine, garlic paste, and salt to a deep hotel pan.
Step 3
Preheat the steam conditioner by setting it to combination mode at 200°C, humidification at 60%, and airflow at 2.
Step 4
When steam conditioner is at temperature, place the prepared hotel pan in the steam oven and heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the lemon and place on serving dish.
Step 6
When dish is cooked through, remove from oven and add over lemon in each serving dish.
*Cooking time may need to be adjusted depending on the model of your steam oven.
